Join us in celebrating the opening of the new WFCU Place from August 21 to 23.
The City of North Bay is excited to welcome the public to the official opening of WFCU Place – North Bay's new community recreation centre – with a weekend of free activities, demonstrations, and family-friendly events.
The festivities begin with an official ribbon cutting ceremony, followed by skating, fitness activities, a family movie night and opportunities to explore the new facility over the weekend. Whether you're joining us for a scheduled activity or simply stopping by to have a look around, everyone is welcome.

Join members of Council, project partners, and special guests as we officially open WFCU Place with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Following the ceremony, visitors are invited to explore the facility and take part in the day's activities.

The grand opening weekend features a variety of activities designed to get you moving, exploring, and having fun.
Enjoy public skating, family activities, and drop-in programming in the community room, or simply stop by to experience North Bay's newest recreation facility. All activities are free, and registration is not required.
