A BY-LAW ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF RETENTION PERIODS DURING WHICH RECEIPTS, VOUCHERS, INSTRUMENTS, ROLLS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS, RECORDS AND PAPERS OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF NORTH MUST BE KEPT BY THE SAID CORPORATION. (REPEALED BY BY-LAW NO. 2011-189).
Being a By-Law to establish the Corporate Records Management Policy and to Provide a Schedule of Retention Periods for Records of The Corporation of the City of North Bay and to delegate the Authority to Establish or Amend Record Retention Periods to the City Clerk.
