This drop-in speaker series is part of the City's Mind/Body Fit for Life program.  Events take place on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. in the Community Room at WFCU Place. They are free to attend and all are welcome.

The City of North Bay and the WKP Gallery together present Sketch in the City: a series of free life drawing events in downtown North Bay.

Local and regional musical talent takes the stage at Kiwanis Bandshell on select Wednesday evenings.

The After-School Program runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., with three program locations.

Six-week program that introduces children ages 4 to 12 to yoga, movement and mindfulness.

Dance Fit, Mind/Body Fit for Life, and Senior Fit are all full, as are the waitlists.
