Ultra-Processed Foods: What Matters, What Doesn't, and Where to Begin

Nutrition advice can be confusing, especially when it comes to ultra-processed foods and what they mean for everyday eating.

Registered Dietitian Kathryn Chambers, founder of Truth and Food, will help cut through the noise with a practical, evidence-informed look at ultra-processed foods, including what matters most, what may be less important than it seems, and where to begin if you want to make changes.

Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in clinical nutrition, nursing, teaching and community care, Kathryn will also explore how factors such as appetite, food habits and conflicting nutrition messages can shape the choices we make.
