The Council of The City of North Bay will consider and, if approved, will pass and enact at its meeting held on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. via Electronic Participation, a by-law to close:
That portion of the laneway located in a block bounded by Lansdowne Avenue, Morin Street, O’Brien Street and Lorne Avenue and, adjacent to St. Hubert School and near St. Joseph Scollard Hall and bounded on the west by Lots 236 to 243 and on the east by McLeod Street, Plan M-177, designated as Parts 5, 6 and 7, on Plan 36R-14480, in the City of North Bay, in the Land Titles Division of Nipissing, is to be closed, stopped up and conveyed to the owners of the lands abutting the said laneway, as shown on the key map below.
The Council will, at the said meeting, hear via Electronic Participation, or by their Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, any person who claims that their lands will be prejudicially affected by the by-law.
