  • Lane reduction on Trout Lake Road
    North Bay, ON – July 16, 2024 – Please be advised of a lane reduction on Trout Lake Road at the intersection of Connaught Avenue on Wednesday, July 17, and Thursday, July 18, for a water valve installation in front of the North Bay Jail. The westbound curb lane will be closed during this period. Please plan your travel accordingly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Miller Paving will be closing a section of Cassells Street between First Avenue and Worthington Street this morning. The closure will last until the afternoon.
  • North Bay Unveils Official Logo for 100th Anniversary
    The City of North Bay is thrilled to unveil the official logo for its upcoming 100th-anniversary celebrations. The Centennial Committee’s marketing and promotions subcommittee approached Canadore College to develop logo designs, engaging second-year Graphic Design students in valuable hands-on experience. Ultimately, student Maryon McCann's design was selected. The result of collaboration with Canadore College, the centennial logo, representing 100 years of North Bay history, culture, and community spirit, was revealed today during a news conference at City Hall.

    North Bay, ON – June 14, 2024 – Please be advised that traffic on Trout Lake Road will be reduced to a single lane in each direction between Kingsway and McKay Avenues this morning at approximately 8:20 a.m. due to repairs on a broken watermain. This repair is expected to last 8-10 hours.

    North Bay, ON – May 27, 2021 –Due to extremely wet conditions, most ball diamonds, soccer fields and football fields have been closed today.  All games and practices are cancelled. Powerade Field and Minute Maid Fields at the Omischl Complex will remain open tonight.
