The Three Towers trails is a relatively new network with a number of purpose-built enduro trails. The tracks are a mix of rock gardens, rock slabs, jumps, berms, and are exciting enough to give even the most experienced rider a thrill! With a dedicated and well-designed climbing trail that connects all of the tracks and very few mid-trail intersections, it allows riders to really connect with the flow of each of the unique trails to maximize the fun. With an average distance over 1km and elevation difference of over 100m, the tracks are longer than most other Enduro-oriented trails in Ontario. From green flow to double black technical rock descents, Three Towers has it all. Preriding before racing is recommended.
The course will be marked during the week before the race on August 9th.
Race 2 and 3 of the Ontario Enduro Series Mountain Bike season. One race at 3 Towers (Historical Widdifield Fire Tower Location) and the other race at the Laurentian Ski Hill.
If you’re interested in pre-riding, get in touch! See the information below on prerides for Three Towers. If you want to support the work of the volunteer-run trail crew, we recommend donating to the NBMBA. Our trails could not exist without our volunteers!

The Laurentian trails in the heart of North Bay are the city’s legacy trails. Developed over many years by passionate community volunteers, this trail network has a little bit of everything. Recently (in 2025), the NBMBA has secured usership agreements with stakeholders of this forest area, allowing for improved advocacy, maintenance, and development in the area. This finally allows approved events such as the OES to take place in the forest. More smooth than Three Towers, the Laurentian trails are fast and flowy with fewer rock gardens (although they’re still there!) and generally higher trail speeds.
This is a heavily used network of trails by bikers, hikers, runners and dog walkers. Accordingly, the course marking will occur the morning of August 10th. Navigation of the course route can be challenging even with Trailforks due to the density of trails. If you’re interested in a preride, reach out to NBMBA to coordinate a guide!
Pumptrack Party! Downtown North Bay - park behind bus transit terminal on Oak Street (Directions). Food trucks on site.Ultimate Melt and Ever Cool Ice Cream. Gateway City Brewery on site with refreshments in the beer garden!
This world-class pump track/all-wheel park was built by Velosolutions in fall 2024 with city funding, generous donations from Kiwanis North Bay and through the hard work of many community champions. NBMBA has secured the site for a social gathering for Enduro participants and families and NBMBA members.
