North Bay, ON – May 25, 2026 – Access to the Bruman Community Dog Park in Champlain Park will be intermittently disrupted over the next month while site improvements are underway.
Sections of the park will be closed during the day. Where possible, areas not under construction will remain open for public use. The City will also reopen the full park at the end of each day for evening use, when conditions allow.
The improvements include an expanded large dog area with a natural wooded section, new shade tables and benches, improved drainage, and a new walkway connecting to the recently installed parking area.
