The City of North Bay is inviting residents to attend one of two upcoming drop-in information sessions to learn more about online voting in the 2026 Municipal Election.
Residents can stop by at any time during the sessions to ask questions about the voting process, learn how online voting will work, and find out more about getting assistance during the voting period. There is no formal presentation.
Information sessions will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 22 from noon to 7 p.m. at Boart Longyear Memorial Gardens and again on Monday, Oct. 5 from noon to 7 p.m. at WFCU Place.
The 2026 Municipal Election will be conducted entirely through online voting, which will be open from 10 a.m. on Oct. 15 until 8 p.m. on Oct. 26. Residents will be able to vote online using a computer, tablet or smartphone. For those who need assistance or access to a device, in-person support and voting devices will be available at designated voter assistance locations.
