Hot Summer Nights is back at the North Bay waterfront this Civic Holiday weekend, featuring free live music, daytime performances and a family-friendly Movie in the Park.
Taking place Friday, July 31 to Sunday, August 2, the annual event includes a tribute to ZZ Top on Friday, a tribute to The Chicks on Saturday, and a free Movie in the Park on Sunday.
The weekend kicks off Friday evening with live music, culminating in a tribute to the legendary Texas rock trio ZZ Top. On Saturday, daytime performances lead into an evening concert celebrating the music of The Chicks, complete with the powerful vocals, harmonies and chart-topping hits that made the group one of country music's most successful acts.
The celebration concludes Sunday with a free Movie in the Park screening of Hoppers. Residents are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket and enjoy a summer movie under the stars.
Admission to all Hot Summer Nights programming is free.
