The City of North Bay is advising that work to replace twin culverts beneath Lakeshore Drive, between Ferris Drive and Booth Road, is scheduled to begin Tuesday, Oct. 13.
The project involves removing the existing culverts and installing new pipes, along with road and pathway restoration. Construction is expected to take approximately five weeks.
During construction, Lakeshore Drive will be reduced to one lane between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., with traffic control personnel directing vehicles through the work area. Two lanes will be maintained outside of construction hours.
Motorists may experience short delays and are asked to use caution when travelling through the area.
