North Bay, ON – Beginning tomorrow morning, July 22, crews will begin breaking up the existing road surface on Carmichael Drive between Voodoo Crescent and Four Mile Lake Road as part of planned road rehabilitation work.
The work is expected to continue through the week. During working hours, traffic will be reduced to a single lane with traffic control in place, with two-way traffic restored outside of working hours.
Following this work, Carmichael Drive will remain as a maintained granular surface until resurfacing work is completed, which is currently planned for 2027.
Motorists are asked to slow down, follow posted signage and traffic control personnel, and use caution when travelling through the work zone.
