North Bay, ON – Curb and sidewalk improvements at the intersection of Lakeshore Drive and Mulligan Avenue are expected to begin Wednesday, July 29.
Lane closures will be in effect throughout the day during working hours, with the northbound and southbound curb lanes on Lakeshore Drive closed as work progresses. Delays may occur.
The construction work, which will take place at all four corners of the intersection, includes the replacement of sections of curb and sidewalk and the installation of tactile walking surface. The work is expected to take approximately one week to complete, with asphalt restoration to follow.
Drivers and pedestrians are asked to use caution in the area and follow any temporary traffic control measures.
Following completion at Lakeshore Drive and Mulligan Avenue, similar work will continue at the Lakeshore Drive intersections with Howard Avenue, Gertrude Street and Charles Street.
