Pumphouse Playground, located adjacent to the North Bay Drinking Water Treatment Plant on Lakeside Drive, will be temporarily closed to the public from Aug. 10 to 17, while the City completes geotechnical site investigations in the area.
The work involves testing ground conditions to support engineering and construction planning for potential future improvements at the treatment plant.
The park closure is required to ensure public safety while this work is underway. The City appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation during this temporary closure.
