North Bay, ON – May 26, 2026 – Drivers should expect traffic disruptions at the Highway 11/17 Bypass and Cassells Street on Wednesday, May 27 while road patching work is completed.
Lane closures will be in place from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. to help maintain traffic flow during the morning commute. Then, beginning at 9 a.m., access from the Highway 11/17 bypass onto Cassells Street will be fully closed while crews complete the work.
During this time, drivers will not be able to turn onto Cassells Street from the bypass in either direction. The work is expected to be completed in one day, with access reopening as soon as possible.
Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead, use alternate routes if possible, and follow posted signage in the area.
