Residential property owners can help grow the City’s tree canopy by purchasing and planting a tree through Grow our Canopy, a program delivered through Trees for Nipissing. The program makes trees available at a low cost of $20 each to residential property owners who qualify after successfully completing an online application form.
Program Details
- A total of 100 trees are available while quantities last.
- One tree is available per residential property.
- Homeowner is required to pickup according to specified date and location.
- A variety of tree species will be available, approximately 3' to 5' tall.
- Homeowner is responsible to plant, water and maintain private tree.

How to apply
- Property owners can apply starting April 7 by completing this online form and completing payment by e-transfer to info@trees4nipissing.org or at the Trees for Nipissing online store.
Pick-up Dates
- Scheduled for early May (additional details will be announced).
Pick-up Location
- Lee Park, 800 Memorial Drive in early May.
