CITY OF NORTH BAY
TAKE NOTICE that on the 2nd day of June, 2026, the Council of the City of North Bay approved the application of the North Bay Roman Catholic Cemeteries for the expansion of the All Saints Mausoleum at St. Mary’s Cemetery, 132 Golf Club Road, North Bay to permit the addition of a new niche room to the existing structure. The proposed expansion will be approximately 472.9 square feet and will accommodate 612 niches for cremated remains.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the applicant, Registrar or any other person with an interest therein may, within 15 days after publication of this notice refer the decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal for a hearing.
