Update October 30, 2023: At the Special Meeting of Council on October 30, 2023, North Bay City Council approved a review of the Residential Rental Housing Licensing By-law and the City’s Zoning By-law regarding Boarding, Lodging, and Rooming houses; and approved a pause to the current Residential Rental Housing Licensing By-law Program until the review is completed.
During the pause in the Licensing program property owners will continue to be required to abide by all existing City By-laws, including but not limited to the Property Standards, Clean Yards, Parking, and Noise By-laws.
