North Bay, ON – March 13, 2020 - As part of the City of North Bay’s precautionary measures related to COVID-19, the previously scheduled “Developing a Plan for Bourke Park” neighbourhood meeting on Wed., March 18 in the Foyer of City Hall has been cancelled.
As an alternative to the public gathering session, Paula McCloskey, Manager of Arts, Culture, Recreation and Leisure Services for the City of North Bay, and Jim Scott from Trace Planning and Design will host an online discussion. Participants will have an opportunity to view the concept plan online, and to discuss ideas, thoughts and concerns.
This 90-minutes of interactive discussion will take place on Wed., March 18, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. To participate, visit www.tracestudio.ca/bourkepark.
Additionally, the City of North Bay will be hand delivering an updated notice to neighbouring residents of Bourke Park on Mon., March 16. This document will include instructions to participate in the online session, as well as an image representing the proposed park plan.
