North Bay, ON – Oct. 4th, 2023 – Please be advised of upcoming temporary disruptions to pedestrian and vehicular traffic on Algonquin Avenue between Bloem and McLaren streets.
Starting from Oct. 5th and continuing until Oct. 14th, the sidewalk on the west side of Algonquin Avenue within this area will be temporarily closed to allow for the installation of services to the former St. Joseph's hospital site on McLaren Street.
Additionally, during nighttime hours, from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., this portion of Algonquin Avenue will be reduced to a single traffic lane for related construction work. Traffic in both directions will be controlled by signalization during the overnight construction.
