NOTICE OF PROPOSED LANEWAY CLOSURE BY-LAW
The Council of The Corporation of the City of North Bay will consider and, if approved, will pass and enact at its meeting to be held on the 25th day of March, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers, City Hall, 200 McIntyre Street East, a by-law to close a portion of the laneway on the block bounded by Lansdowne Avenue, O’Brien Street, Hutcheson Avenue and McLeod Street, located in the City of North Bay as shown on the key map below and described as follows:
That portion of the laneway on the block bounded by Lansdowne Avenue, O’Brien Street, Hutcheson Avenue and McLeod Street, designated as Part 1, Plan 36R-15351, in the City of North Bay, in the Land Titles Division of Nipissing is to be closed, stopped up and conveyed to the owners of lands abutting the said roadway.
The appropriate plan may be examined at the Office of the City Clerk at the City Hall, 200 McIntyre Street East, North Bay, Ontario.
The Council will, at the said meeting hear in person or by his Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, any person who claims that his or her lands will be prejudicially affected by the by-law and who applies to be heard.
