Sign up for eBilling
eBilling is a secure and easy way to access your Water Account information online. There are no more printouts to manage and you will be able to compare statements from one billing cycle to another.
To opt in for eBilling, you need to register for an eServices Account.
- Visit https://secure.cityofnorthbay.ca/MyNorthBay/
- Click on the “Register” link in the top right corner of the page and follow the on-screen instructions to create your profile and validate your account with the email address provided.
- Login by clicking the “Login” button in the top right Corner and add your account. (To add a Water Account, you will need your input your Account Number and Name exactly how it appears on your water bill.)
Once you have registered, or if you already have an eServices Account, simply follow the prompts once you have logged into your account in order to sign up for paperless water billing. Each account enrolled receives a one-time $5.00 rebate.
