8-Week Hands-On Science Adventure
Get ready for a fun-filled journey into the world of science! Each week, young scientists will explore exciting experiments, learn real scientific concepts, and get messy with hands-on activities designed to spark curiosity and creativity!
Tuesdays at Caldwell-Ellam Community Centre from 6pm to 7pm. Registration is required.
Please note there's no class on February 17th.
Week 1 (January 13): Sensational Slime
Week 2 (January 20): DIY Lava Lamps - bring your own empty water bottle
Week 3 (January 27): Walking Water
Week 4 (February 3): Salt Dough Fossils
Weeks 5–6 (February 10 & 24): Volcano Explorers - bring cardboard, newspaper and empty water bottles
Week 7 (March 3): Oobleck
Week 8 (March 10): Diet Coke & Mentos Finale
