Senior Fit Class – All Levels Welcome

Stay active, energized, and healthy with our Senior Fit Class, designed for all levels of ability. This 45-minute session combines gentle cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility exercises to help improve overall fitness, mobility, and well-being. Our experienced instructor will provide modifications to ensure everyone can participate safely and comfortably.
