The City has a Development Application Review Team (DART) to help expedite your project.
Comprised of city departments and agencies involved in development, the DART meets bi-weekly to review and help advance applications, including Site Plan Control Agreements, Committee of Adjustment Applications, Official Plan Amendments, Rezoning, Subdivision and Condominium Applications.
Developers are invited to meet with the DART to review their proposal.
