Being a By-Law for licensing and regulating all victualling houses, ordinaries, and houses where fruit, fish, oysters, clams or victuals are sold to be eaten therein, and places not being a tavern or shop licensed under the Liquor License Act for the lodging refreshment or entertainment of the public.
