Being a By-Law to provide for the taking of the votes of the electors on a proposed By-Law entitled "A By-Law to authorize the issue of Debentures for the sum of Two Hundred and Ninety-two Thousand, Nine Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($292,950.00) for the purpose of making extensions and alterations to the Water Works Distribution System in the City of North Bay pursuant to the report in writing, of the Provincial Board of Health."
