Being a By-Law to close part of a lane running north east of Fourth Avenue and south of Cassells Street situated between Fraser and Cassells Streets in the City of North Bay as said lane is shown on a plan prepared by John H. Shaw, O.L.S. and registered in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of the District of Nipissing on the 28th day of July 1902.
