Being a By-Law to repeal By-Law No. 1560, a By-Law to provide for the levying and collection thereof of Poll Tax from every male inhabitant of the City of North Bay between the ages of 21 and 60, who is not otherwise assessed upon the Assessment Rolls of the Municipality.
