Being a By-Law of the Corporation of the City of North Bay to designate Officials who will, for the purposes of executing documents on behalf of the Corporation of the City of North Bay relative to Contracts, Agreements, Deeds, Easements, Options, Banking and Financing, be the Official Signing Officers.
