Being a By-Law of the Municipal Corporation of the City of North Bay to close that portion of McKay Avenue in the City of North Bay in the District of Nipissing as shown plan filed in the Office of Land Titles for the District of Nipissing as Plan M 234 and being more particularly described as being that portion of McKay Avenue lying South of the Southeasterly boundary of Trout Lake Road and North of the Northwesterly boundary of the one foot reserve lying adjacent to the Southeasterly boundary of said Plan M 234.
