Description:
A by-law to repeal by-law no. 2040, a by-law to authorize the entering into an agreement, under the Department of Municipal Affairs Act, where improved land has become vested in and become the property of the Municipality, upon registration of a Tax Arrears certificate, and subject to the right of redemption as provided by the Act.
