A by-law to change the name of Bye Street as shown on Plan 13, registered in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of the District of Nipissing, to Plouffe Street in honour of the late Judge Joseph Adze Symaune Plouffe, former Judge of the District Court of the District of Nipissing.
