A by-law for closing for vehicular traffic only and not for pedestrian traffic the whole of that part of Rock Street lying between and immediately adjoining Lots 108 and 109 as shown on Registered Plan No. 13 for the City of North Bay registered in the Registry Office for the District of Nipissing and to provide for the erection of barricades to enforce the due observance thereof.
