A by-law authorizing the installation of a sewer connection from the existing sewer main to the South part of Lot No. 1 as shown on Plan 63 for the City of North Bay registered in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of the District of Nipissing, situate in the City of North Bay and known as Municipal No. 100 Judge Avenue, North Bay, Ontario, at the expense of the owner of such a property.
