North Bay-Parry Sound District Health Unit
The Council of The Corporation of the City of North Bay invites applications from citizens (aged eighteen and above, and resident within the City of North Bay) who wish to be considered for appointment to the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit. We encourage qualified and interested individuals to volunteer their services and to provide input on various issues that affect the City of North Bay. The term of office runs concurrently with the term of Council.
Note: Appointments are on a volunteer basis only and no compensation will be paid.
North Bay-Parry Sound District Health Unit
Mandate: To oversee, provide or ensure the provision of public health programs and services as directed by the Ontario Public Health Standards (2008) under the Health Protection and Promotion Act (1990).

Meeting Schedule: 6 Meetings Annually (except July and August), 4th Wednesday, at 5:00 p.m.
