The City will be holding a lottery to operate as a mobile self- contained food vendor at downtown locations. To participate, bidders must submit their letter of intent in person, no later than 1:00 p.m. on May 2 to the Customer Service Window at City Hall. Email submissions will not be accepted.
Detailed instructions to bidders and the Letter of Intent Forms can be picked up in person at Customer Service, or will be provided upon request via email to customerservice@northbay.ca.
