Time-limited Free Parking

The City offers free time-controlled parking for durations of up to two hours in the following locations: 

Lot Oak 2 & 4 (parking garage)

• Two hours free parking
• First entry per day in either Lot Oak 2 or Lot McIntyre 4, levels 1 & 2 (parking garage)
• License plate entry required at Pay ‘n Display’s
• Place ticket face up on your dashboard

Lot McIntyre 4 (parking garage)

• Year-round free overnight parking in Lot McIntyre 4, Levels 1 to 4 from 4:30 p.m. to 8 a.m. No permit or receipt is required.
