Being a by-law of The Corporation of the City of North Bay to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a consent to the agreement of purchase and sale between North Bay Hydro and Ontario Hydro respecting the acquisition of certain 44 kV and 22kV transmission lines situate within the City of North Bay.
