 Under the direction of the Manager, Sports and Events, provides customer service, clerical, administrative and cashier services for the Arts, Culture, Recreation & Leisure Services Department. Responsible for the booking of facilities and related services using the CLASS system.

Qualifications:  

  • Grade 12 Education or equivalent related experience.
  • Two (2) years cashier and clerical experience.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers including class system and HTE.
  • Good keyboarding skills (minimum 50 w.p.m.) and general office skills.
  • Knowledge of filing and records systems and standard office procedures.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively with the public.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
