Hours of Work: |
Up to 24 hours flexible schedule per week which can include day, evening and weekend shifts.

Hourly Rate: |
Our Total Compensation plan for 2025 includes rates that start at $37.70/hour up to $41.95/hour including shift premiums plus Union negotiated increases to base wage in each of the following years:
· 2026-4% · 2027-3.5% · 2028-3.5% · |

Benefits: |
8% in lieu of benefits · Annual Tool Allowance value of up-to $820 · Annual Safety Footwear Allowance value of $235 · Annual Clothing Allowance value of $270 plus three (3) changes of coveralls weekly
