North Bay, ON – April 2, 2020 – The City of North Bay’s Customer Service Centre is operating as a community hotline for residents looking information and services aimed at helping those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The number to call is 705-474-0400 (after greeting: press 2) email customerservice@cityofnorthbay.ca
Staff will assist callers in accessing City of North Bay programs and services, direct them to important sources of information and help them connect with other community or government supports.
The Customer Service Centre is operating Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm.
