The Ministry of Transportation wishes to advise that Highway 11/17 at the Ontario Northland Rail crossing, located approximately 350 metres northwest of Seymour Street will be closed from 7 p.m. on June 21, 2022 until 7 a.m. on June 22, 2022.
The highway closure is necessary to complete repairs to the Ontario Northland Rail crossing.
For the duration of this work, Highway 11/17 will be fully closed to all traffic from Seymour Street to Fisher Street. The following detours will be available during this time:
- Northbound traffic to detour via Seymour Street to Wallace Road to Mountainview Drive to Trout Lake Road.
- Southbound traffic to detour via Fisher Street to Laurier Avenue to Franklin Street to Seymour Street.
