Terms and Conditions for use of the City of North Bay Centennial Logo

The City of North Bay owns the North Bay Centennial Logo and it is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized use of the artwork is strictly prohibited without the express consent of of the City of North Bay. The Centennial logo and artwork may not be altered in any manner or copied for further distribution or other commercial use. Any use of the artwork outside of these guidelines is strictly prohibited.

Use of the Logo by the Applicant shall be only with prior written permission from the City.
The Logo must be used for the purpose requested by the Applicant and approved by the City. Any additional uses by the Applicant require separate permissions.
