This entrance survey is the first step in joining the program and should take about five minutes to complete. It collects some basic information about you, your household and your current waste diversion habits.
Please note: this initiative is only open to residents of North Bay.
What happens next
After you submit the survey, we'll verify your registration and email you access to the secure participant section.
There, you'll:
- Complete Waste Audit #1
- Return later to complete Waste Audit #2
- Finish with a short Exit Survey
Throughout the campaign, you'll also receive practical waste diversion tips and resources to help you learn more about what goes into your household garbage and where more of it can be diverted.
Privacy and participation
The information you provide will be used to administer the program and support future waste diversion planning.
There are no right or wrong answers, and every household is different. Honest responses help us better understand local waste habits and identify opportunities to improve waste diversion across North Bay.
