Deputy Mayor Maggie Horsfield currently sits as a Council appointed member on the following Agencies, Boards and Committees:

Maggie Horsfield is a lifelong resident of North Bay. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Global Development Challenges from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Political Science and History from Nipissing University. Currently, Maggie serves on the North Bay Police Service Board, the District of Nipissing Social Services Board (DNSSAB), and Heritage North Bay Board. She is also the Chair of the Lindsay Weld Centre for Children Board of Directors. Previously, she served on the boards of Near North Crime Stoppers and the North Bay & District Chamber of Commerce, where she chaired the Young Professionals Committee. Maggie works at Nipissing University as the Government & Foundations Relations Officer in the President’s Office.
