  • Splash Pad Season Opening
    North Bay, ON – May 19, 2022 – The Family of Rotary’s Splash Pad will open for the season Friday, May 20 at 9 a.m. The splash pad will operate daily between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Residents are reminded that the splash pad is unsupervised and that parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times.
  • Judge Avenue watermain installation
    North Bay, ON – May 19, 2022 – Installation of a new 400-millimeter watermain on Judge Avenue will get underway Tuesday, May 24.
  • West Link Bike Box Painting
    North Bay, ON – May 17, 2022 – Painting of the City’s first bike box at the intersection of Main Street West, Memorial Drive and Murray Street will take place Thursday.
  • Waterfront Walkway Surface Replacement
    North Bay, ON – May 16, 2021 – Installation of a new surface for the walkway along the Marina at the City’s waterfront starts this week.
  • Sidewalk Construction: Lakeside Drive
    North Bay, ON – May 5, 2022 – Construction of sidewalks on Lakeside Drive, between Trout Lake Road and Birchaven Cove Park, is set to resume May 9, 2022.
  • Marathon Beach renamed in honour of historic First Nation Chief
    North Bay, ON – May 4, 2022 – North Bay City Council has unanimously approved a motion to rename Marathon Beach in recognition of Nipissing First Nation heritage as an important part of the City’s history.
  • Road Closure: Lake Heights Road
    North Bay, ON – May 2, 2022 – Please be advised that a section of Lake Heights Road between Madelena Drive and Mountainview Drive will be closed from May 3 until May 5 while a large diameter storm pipe is replaced.

    North Bay, ON – April 14, 2022 –  Please be advised that a section of Widdifield Station Road has been closed effective immediately between 2601 and 3700 due to road flooding from the Little North River.  The Roads Department will be monitoring over the Easter weekend and will re-open the road if the flooding recedes.
