North Bay, ON – Oct. 07, 2025 – The City of North Bay is advising the public that construction of a new Pedestrian Crossover on Oak Street, between Fraser and Ferguson Streets, is expected to begin next week.
North Bay, ON – Oct. 7, 2025 – The City of North Bay hosted WoodWorks and the Canadian Wood Council today for a site tour and presentation at the new North Bay Community and Recreation Centre, which highlighted the use of mass timber construction and its potential role in sustainable building design.

North Bay, ON – Oct.6, 2025 – The City of North Bay is extending the bike lane on Main Street West to the Nipissing Street intersection. As part of this work, the pedestrian traffic signal between Timmins Street and Nipissing Street will soon be removed and relocated to another location within the city.
North Bay, ON – Oct. 3, 2025 – Memorial Drive is closed between Main Street and Judge Avenue due to an emergency watermain break. The closure will remain in place until repairs are complete. Please avoid the area and use alternate routes.
