North Bay, ON – May 11, 2023 – The North Bay Municipal Heritage Committee today announced the winners of its Nostalgia Rewind photo and video contest.
The youth and adult winners of the annual contest, which celebrates North Bay’s heritage and recognizes local talent, were announced during the Regional Heritage Fair at the North Bay Museum.
“The Municipal Heritage Committee is thrilled with the response to this year’s contest. We had a very difficult time selecting the winners because we had so many great entries,” said Heritage Committee Chair Jeff Fournier. “Thanks to all those who participated.”
The contest ran from Sept. 15, 2022, until Jan. 31, 2023, and was, for the first time, open to both photo and video submissions, as well as all ages. Sponsorship from the North Bay Society of Architects for its sponsorship has also allowed for increased prize amounts. The winners are:
