The City of North Bay, in partnership with the Public Art Advisory Committee (PAAC), invites local and regional artists to submit their artwork for two exciting public art opportunities at the All-Wheel Park in Downtown North Bay.
We’re seeking vibrant, bold, and imaginative designs that reflect the energy and creativity of our community and enhance one of our most dynamic public spaces. Artists can submit to one or both of the following projects:
Project 1: All-Wheel Park Lamp Post Wraps

What: 12 unique designs to be featured on lamp post vinyl wraps

Artist Fee: $500 per selected design

Deadline: Sunday, June 1, 2025

Who Can Apply: Artists/designers with ties to North Bay and surrounding area
Artists are encouraged to submit colourful, eye-catching designs suited for vinyl wrapping lamp posts. Designs should reflect the spirit of the park and its users. Final selected artwork will be printed and installed by the City of North Bay.

Project 2: All-Wheel Park Mural Vinyl Wrap

What: One large-scale mural design to be applied via vinyl wrap

Artist Fee: $1,500 for the selected artwork

Who Can Apply: Artists/designers with ties to North Bay and surrounding area
We’re looking for a single bold and impactful mural design that brings colour, life, and vibrancy to the All-Wheel Park. This mural will be selected through a public voting process following jury review.

All submissions must be sent via email to publicart@northbay.ca. Please ensure you follow the specific checklist outlined in each project PDF. Submissions will be accepted until Sunday, June 1, 2025. A confirmation email will be sent within five business days of your application.
